Returns & Refund Policy
WhataCraft products are made-to-order and personally customized for each customer. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we follow a clear and fair policy to protect both you and the quality standards we uphold.
Our Promise
We stand behind every product we make. If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right — no questions asked. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to us.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Because your product is custom-made with your unique personalization, we are unable to accept returns for:
• Change of mind or ordering errors on the customer’s part
• Incorrect customization details submitted by the customer (name, color, photo quality)
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
However, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund if:
• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• The print quality does not match our advertised standards
• You receive the wrong product or the wrong personalization
• Your order is lost in transit (after carrier confirmation)
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund claim, please email contactt@whatacraft.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)
• A brief description of what went wrong
Our customer care team will respond within 1–2 business days with your resolution options. We make the process as painless as possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
Cancellations
Since production begins quickly, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, your product has likely already entered production and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at contact@whatacraft.com if you need to cancel.
Digital Downloads
Digital products (printable files, word cloud downloads) are non-refundable once the file has been delivered, as they cannot be “returned.” If there is an error in your digital file due to a production mistake on our part, we will issue a corrected file free of charge.
