At WhataCraft, every product is made to order — crafted with care specifically for you. Because your item is custom-made, our shipping timeline includes both a production phase and a delivery phase. We want to make sure you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands in your hands.
Production Time
Since every WhataCraft product is personalized just for you, we begin production immediately after your order is placed and your customization details are confirmed. Most items are produced within:
• Standard Products (T-shirts, mugs, drinkware, accessories): 2–4 business days
• Wall Art & Canvas Prints: 3–5 business days
• Premium & Complex Products (blankets, metal prints, acrylic art): 4–7 business days
• Word Cloud Portraits & Digital Downloads: 1–2 business days
• Corporate Bulk Orders (10+ units): 5–10 business days (contact us for priority quotes)
Production time does not include shipping transit. Rush production is available on select products — contact our team before placing your order to check availability.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order leaves our production facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Standard Shipping (USA): 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–3 business days
• International Shipping (Canada, UK, EU, AU): 7–14 business days
• International Shipping (Rest of World): 10–21 business days
Shipping estimates are based on carrier performance and may be affected by holidays, weather events, or customs processing. WhataCraft is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours of your estimated ship date, please check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at contactt@whatacraft.com and we will sort it out right away.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take quality seriously at every step. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at contact@whatacraft.com. Attach a photo of the damage (if applicable) and your order number, and our team will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Applicable discounts are applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
